End User License Agreement (EULA)

Ah Photography ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bento Generator Pro ("Plugin") subject to the terms of this agreement.
This Plugin is licensed on a per-user basis. One license permits one individual user to install and use the Plugin on up to 2 devices simultaneously (e.g., home computer and work computer).
If you need to use the Plugin on a 3rd device, you must first deactivate it from one of your existing devices using Menu ☰ → Deactivate License.
Your license key is unique and personal. It is tied to your purchase and should be kept confidential. If you suspect unauthorized use of your key, contact support immediately.
You may transfer your license to a different device by:
The Plugin is owned by Ah Photography and is protected by copyright laws. This license does not transfer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PLUGIN.
Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase if the Plugin has not been activated. Once a license key is activated, no refunds will be issued.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you violate any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Plugin.

We do NOT collect, use, store, rent, or sell any user data through the use of our Plugin.
The Plugin operates entirely offline and does not transmit any information to external servers. Your projects and personal data remain completely private on your local machine.
By installing, copying, or using the Plugin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
